Individuals with Disruptive Behavior Disorder can seem impossible to deal with, but there are strategies to help.

Participants of this training will spend the day developing an in-depth understanding of individuals who demonstrate disruptive behavior disorders including:

  -Mental Health Disorders
  -Attention Deficit Disorder
  -Oppositional Defiance Disorder
  -Conduct Disorder
  -Sensory Integration Issues

Through role-play, practice, group activities and multi-media presentation, participants will leave with a thorough understanding of the disorders and, more importantly, countless proven strategies for working with these students. Participants will recognize and practice proactive and paradoxical response styles, while understanding the dangers of reactive or hostile styles.
